Gian lận giá cước.
Biết là gần Tết nên giá cước tăng. Nên tôi vẫn vui vẻ đặt đơn và trả thêm phí mỗi ngày. Hôm nay, mới 23 Al mà đã tăng cước phí lên gần gấp rưỡi. Điều đáng nói là tăng vô cớ, vô căn cứ và gian lận. Đơn tôi đặt thử 82k. Định bấm đặt thì tăng lên 101k. Tôi vẫn chấp nhận bấm đặt thì lại tăng lên 110k. Khi shipper đến còn hỏi t có nhầm không. Bấm book lại thì 82k. Việc này xảy ra liên tục mấy ngày liền. Phí ship nhảy lên nhảy xuống liên tục ko có lý do. Gọi hotline hỏi thì bảo do thuật toán của bên kỹ thuật bla bla. Chẳng có thuật toán nào ở đây hết. Thấy khách đặ hàng thì chụp giật thế thôi. Làm ăn mất dạy. Gọi điện thì nv nói chuyện ngang.

Từ xưa đến nay chỉ nghe đi làm tài xế thì phải verify cmnd vs hình ảnh mặt, giờ người dùng cũng phải verify bắt chụp mặt vs cmnd??? Để lấy thông tin KH à? Đăng nhập fb thì có số đt vs nick chính chủ cũng kêu k đủ đk, trước h toàn dùng ahamove giờ thì chào.
