New outdoor timer features include safety covers over each outlet protecting them from moisture and debris when not in use as well as an LED indicator light that gives you a visual of when your timer is on. 50125 has the additional features of a pairing option that allows you to program additional remotes/receivers along with an override button that comes in handy in case the remote is not around, you can still control the outlet.
